"I found this property kind of last-minute for a Levi ski trip away from dreary-winter Helsinki. We arrived late at night to the cozy aroma of a fireplace within a warm and charming cabin in the most peaceful, snowy woods one can imagine, and woke up the next morning with a dazzling view of the nearby snow-covered lake. Our one-week stay as a family of 5 was filled with “rauha” (peace). The owners were so attentive to our needs when we wanted any kind of help or local info, but otherwise left us...

We had just began to give up on the prospect of seeing them and thought we might as well go out for the second to last night. And there it was in all its glory. "Stayed here with my partner for 6 days, and we had the best time. The staff are amazing and will try to cater to any requests and overall very friendly. Simple things like making conversation with guests goes a long way making us feel welcome. The cabins are lovely on a clear night you can fall to sleep with a sky full of stars due to the lack of light pollution on the area. Finally the dinner options were amazing, proper home cooked dinners with a showing of finlands foods, we stayed for 6 days and didn’t get a repeat of any food for dinner. Will most definitely return. "

"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting Levi. "

Loved the location

"Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile! Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you. Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful. Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more. "

"Amazing stay for 2 nights in the Aurora pyramid glass igloo . Dinner was included in a restaurant in Levi and wonderful. Breakfast on site and plentiful with lots of options. We saw the Aurora on the first night which was incredible from the pyramid . Definitely a once in lifetime experience for us . "

"It's a nice place, close to the Zero Point ski slopes. We also had a private sauna for our room and it was awesome, we used it every day. I had better breakfasts than here, but it was edible. Though we rather bought some pastries as a breakfast in the closest groceries. Our room was quite spatious and even had a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and sink. In the bathroom there was a drier machine for the wet clothes which we found extremely useful. All in all, we liked to stay here, probably would come back again. "
