Would stay again. All inclusive hotel. You really don’t have to leave for anything. The village nightlife is fun. On the beach, great included breakfast. Good restaurant & pools.

Needs a lot of work , paint is chipping out wood is rotten, paul’s need to be painted a lot of details around the property, cables hanging behind the TV TV with fingerprints and oil marks all over. Send inside of the rooms on the floor mirrors with more watermarks

Impossible to get to, never informed that you can’t park at hotel, you have to leave your car 1/2 mile away. Pay to enter town, Pay to be driven to town.receptionist slow as a tortoise, dirty jacuzzi, first hotel in Brazil to mess up breakfast. Only bright spot was the barman, a true pro

Como sempre , os quartos precisam de reforma urgente . A limpeza dos quartos tbm não é das melhores, principalmente no banheiro . Sempre nos hospedamos pois a localização é a melhor de jeri . Café da manhã bom , restaurante também , com bons e saborosos pratos , porém o atendimento do restaurante deixa a desejar durante o dia . O Hotel é bonito e charmoso mas são os detalhes pequenos que fazem a diferença. Precisa melhorar !

Estadia foi boa, sem problemas, quarto e banheiro limpos todos os dias. Colchão e travesseiros bons. Café da manhã em um lugar aprazível com vista para o mar e bem servido com pessoal muito atencioso. Várias piscinas, inclusive uma com bar. Só tenho uma sugestão a fazer, como sou idosa, senti a necessidade de uma barra de apoio no box do banheiro. Seria interessante se houvesse, para poder nos auxiliar durante o banho.

Hotel super bem localizado. Entretanto, a limpeza deixa a desejar, assim como as toalhas de banho. Na mini suite onde ficamos hospedados existe um degrau super perigoso que se confunde com o piso do quarto, com sério risco de queda para crianças, idosos e até mesmo para pessoas jovens. Enfim,pelo mesmo valor pago pelas diárias, ficaríamos hospedados em um outro hotel de melhor categoria.

Pode melhorar muito o quarto.
Checkin demorado. Com crianças, me prometeram prioridade. Esperamos quase 2 hs pelo quarto. Nosso quarto a TV não funcionava. O ar condicionado não gelava tanto e pingava água o tempo todo. Eles tentaram consertar sem sucesso. Um dia o cachorro do quarto ao lado passou a noite latindo e na outra noite o alarme da porta do vizinho estava disparando toda a noite. O hotel foi bem legal, como sempre. Já ficamos lá algumas vezes, mas o quarto dessa vez ( quarto 110) estava abaixo do nível do hotel. Funcionários ótimos ! Mas o Quarto bem ruim .
