YOU CAN'T BEAT THIS DEAL!...STAY 3 NIGHTS, AND THE 4TH IS FREE DURING AUGUST WHEN THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. Condo 401 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This immaculately maintained condo has a tasteful lighthouse theme and boasts an extra large livingroom and kitchen. Condo 401 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

The property was very cute - a little smaller than the pictures would suggest. The ocean view was great and the bonus was the attached restaurant/bar - which is one of very few on Jensen Beach. We really appreciated not having to drive for drinks or dinner.

A Gem!
The location couldn't be better -- you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The condo itself is roomy and well stocked. We have stayed in other units in the building and this was by far the most nicely furnished and the most spacious. I especially like the space in the kitchen and the recliners. A great spot.
