"Good pricing and decent room for the price. However, there was a dead cricket in the bathroom, the coffee pot had a "spent" coffee packet left in it, the A/C probably needed to have the filter cleaned or replaced since it has a slight odor to it, and the caulking around the tub area could use attention. It is the small details that make a decent room at good price go from just decent to outstanding. Breakfast should be served until at least 10 am to allow late risers to get up and get moving....

"This is a third rate romance type of place. They haven’t updated the mattresses in20 years and the blinds are broken. They don’t freshen the rooms. It looks nothing like the photos. Do no rent here! $10 more you can get a nice hotel in town. Don’t do it on the primrose of getting a clean RV atmosphere. They collect on tv spots and leave the rooms unkept. DONT DO IT."

"The hotel was not open. I confirmed with Hotels.com before going because of the hurricane. Hotels.com said they checked and it was open. There was no ref on the building when I arrived. Closed for significant hurricane damage. I slept in the car as everywhere in the area was booked. "

"I live in New Mexico and came down to visit family. This was the perfect setting to see my grandchildren and great-grand-children. My great-grandson caught a fish which was one of the highlights of the stay. The outside porch facing the river was a serene setting where I enjoyed my morning coffee. At night I listened to Hoot Owls talk to each other. I reccomend this cabin to anyone who is looking for piece and quiet."
