This gorgeous 2.5-acre property sits on a private oceanfront point and the home was constructed so that every room takes advantage of the sprawling ocean views. The open concept living, dining and kitchen spaces are spacious to accommodate a group of six guests.

Bedrooms include a main suite with a Cal King Bed and two additional bedrooms; one with a Cal King Bed and one with 2 Queen beds. Each room features an ocean view with windows that open to the sounds of waves crashing against the rocky coast. All of the bedrooms also have their own private patios.

During the day explore the tide pools from your own private beach. From the property you walk down a gorgeous rock staircase to reach the water.

In the evening, relax in the outdoor hot tub with views of the Milky Way and shooting stars. Or take a midday dip for endless ocean views. The living room features a plush sofa and wood burning fireplace for ultimate relaxation.

The gourmet kitchen is complete with commercial grade appliances and all of the cooking essentials. Dine in the intimate breakfast nook or take your meal to the dining room with a massive built-in marble table.

Soak in the warm California sunshine on one of the two outdoor patios. Sunrises are best viewed from the Southern patio and watch the sun melt into the ocean from the Northern patio.

Choose to disconnect to reconnect with friends and family with hiking, wine tasting and beaches all close by. The house is also stocked with puzzles and games for lazy day activities. Bring your iPod or music to play in the surround sound throughout the house. WiFi, cable TV and a landline are also provided.

If you arrive in your Tesla, feel free to use our charger in the garage.

Once people settle in they usually don't want to leave. Enjoy the sea birds, seal and whale shows right from the living room. If the surf is up it crashes dramatically between the split rock island in front of the enormous living room windows. If you are lucky enough to time your visit with a storm, the waves crash up and over the split rock island that emerges from the ocean right in front of the living room, but of course you are tucked away inside enjoying the show from the warmth of indoors.

The property was beautiful. Just as described. The new stairway down to the water is going to be gorgeous and a wonderful addition to the property. It was nice to get away from the world and unplug with our family. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. We were greeted daily by many deer and foxes.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house has everything you could possibly need to enjoy living on the California coast. Amazing views, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. Lots to see and do in the area if you want to venture out, but really no need to go anywhere else as this place is a slice of heaven!

It was perfect. Absolutely phenomenal views, sunsets, tide pools, wild life and total peace. We spent our days on the patio watching whales, dolphins, seals, otters and pelicans. We spent hours exploring the tide pools. We painted the views of Bufano’s peace statue. The hosts were great! They had everything you need, and everything in the house is labeled and easy to use. Last but not least…the gong! We made dinner every night and the gong and sunsets made it all just perfect.This place is beautiful! Just get groceries ahead of time, and don’t leave this paradise.

This is truly a unique and special location. Amazing 180 ocean views atop a cliff from every room. The house was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The property owner was very easy to deal with and we appreciated her graciousness. We are already talking about going back soon!

This house is really special: it fits lots of people, is very comfortable, and is close to everything. It is 5 minutes to Salt Point State Park to the North, and 5 minutes to Fort Ross to the South. There is so much more to adventure to, further in both directions. We will definitely rent it again in the future!

wonderful property to get away. We really enjoyed our getaway at this terrific home. Listening to the crashing waves is just so relaxing. This property is close to the Timber Cove Inn which has a nice walking trail and a place for the kids to play games (pool, ping pong,etc.). You can really shut out the outside world for a little bit....very relaxing. Thank you for sharing your home with others!

This was an amazing stay. From start to finish the host was AMAZING to deal with. She was kind, generous and helpful each step of the way. The location is so beautiful no pictures will do it justice. It was a very special stay for family at a hard time of life and it added such wonderful memories to our hearts that are priceless and irreplaceable! Highly recommend!

It's our second time to the Isle of View this year:). We came up to celebrate my wife's birthday. The place is so special and we had a great time again. The house blends into its natural surroundings. It's a perfect getaway spot. As usual Anne is accommodating, responsive and a perfect host! I am certain we will be back again!

It is a world class location, and the house makes the most of it. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has what you need, and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub watcing the whales go by. The skies are a blanket of stars at night which are difficult to see in most vacation spots. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us to play games, read, cook, and soak up the ocean. Anne is a quick responder and easy to work with. Thanks for the lovely time.

We had a spectacular week at Isle of View. The home is wonderful, spacious, attentive to all you could possibly need or want, and the views are breath taking! We had such a relaxing week and enjoyed the surroundings of this home, as well as all of the magnificent out door activities short drives away. As we left, we wondered why we hadn't reserved this home for 2 weeks! We hope to come back! Anne and Joe were the perfect hosts and all communication was great! This House is AMAZING, and the views are incredible. We had a surprise party for our girlfriend's 50th, and she was blown away by the location, house and views. We were a large group of 10 and the house accommodated us with room to move. Lots of open space, large bedrooms (even the smaller bedroom was nice size) and spectacular views from every room in the house. Lots to do if you love nature and our hikes were beautiful. Great way to unwind with friends. We all Loved this place, and we can't wait to visit again.

This incredible property was "Base Camp" for our Nor Cal adventures. The adventures were amazing but leaving the property to head out on the adventures was a bit challenging due to how incredible the house and property are. "Do we really need to leave?" was a question asked frequently throughout the week. The house itself is appointed perfectly, is extremely comfortable, delivers absolute privacy and has access to the property from every room. The property is beautiful, the sunsets are divine, and the sound of the ocean soothes completely. We will be be back for sure!

From the moment we drove up, we were in awe over the beauty of the house, the landscaping, and the views. The property is vast with tasteful, beautiful landscaping throughout, including daffodils and lily of the valley plants.The outdoor lighting surrounds the home, making it super helpful to walk to the hot tub.The lights even get brighter as you pass them.Inside, the home is spacious and beautifully decorated with an ocean theme.The couch is huge and comfy - perfect to sit on and watch the ocean and birds outside.The beds were wonderful to sleep on with the perfect amount of bedding.The dining table is quite large and was perfect for puzzles and games..eating too! The kitchen is spacious and filled with an ample amount of silverware, pots and pans, etc.The kitchen aid professional stove is amazing, and I loved cooking on it (the griddle is the best!) We loved the stove so much we ordered one when we got home! (Although not as large as the one here.) As for the view...it is beyond anything we've seen before. We watched the sun rise to the left, and sun set to the right. Where else can you do that? The rock in front hosted plenty of birds and harbor seals too.We were mesmerized!There is a newly constructed stairway with railing to go down to the shore.I didn't go down it - there were harbor seals basking at the bottom, but I didn't need to.I got my ocean fix from the top.The February weather was amazing, and the seating outside was perfect. I suggest you bring a sunhat!

The property is simply gorgeous and the house was big, spacious and extremely comfortable. We had a few issues in the beginning with amenities, and communication with the owners. The washing machine issue was quickly remedied, the wifi issue was remedied as well after back and forth communication, and we were able to get responses to all our questions. The hot tub issue unfortunately could not be remedied, but we were treated with respect on that issue. The small things about our stay that were negative were the dirty dishes and silverware that we found in the drawers, the lack of basics like ketchup and sugar, and the inadequate number of linens for our party of 6. Overall we quite enjoyed our stay. We loved the melding of outdoor and indoor spaces, and truly soaked in our Sonoma Coast vacation.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion. I was hosting my siblings from out of state and they just loved it. I was worried about deciding who would get what bedroom, but even tho the master suite is over the top incredible, all of the bedrooms are lovely and everyone settled in happily. The house is right on the bluff and there are views from almost every window. We loved looking for whales, watching the harbor seals on the rock right in front of the house, cormorants, pelicans, a hawk swooping from the peak of the house to (almost) catch some small critter and of course the amazing sunsets. Really there's not much need to plan entertainment, just bring your binoculars! The kitchen is well equipped, plenty of space to park (we had 4 cars), great hot tub with view. If you do head out, there is lots of hiking near by, fascinating history at Fort Ross, and great wines to taste at the Fort Ross Winery. Anne was always ready to answer questions, but really we had everything we needed at this incredible place.

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our seven day stay here. During that time we had a major storm over 3 days. The 180 degree view of the the crashing waves from every room was incredible. Good time to play games with the kids inside and enjoy a nice fire. We brought all of our food, and glad we did. Grocery stores and shopping is quite far and very expensive. We did go to Gualala one day to the gift shops, which are very nice. The kitchen was wonderful to cook and prepare meals. Bedrooms are comfy, large and very quite except for the sound of the ocean. We had easy communication with owners who went out of their way to assist when needed. There is a trail from the property down to the ocean. No beach, but fun spot to pick up shells and just explore. Its a little steep but our 5yr and 10yr old girls managed very well. You can not beat the location, no neighbors, just a few seals. Home is clean and nicely maintained. Gardens are beautiful, Gorgeous ocean views with incredible sunsets and sunrise. We will be returning for sure!
