"This is the second time I’ve stayed there, the first time for my cousins. It’s a lovely B&B, beautiful views of Rome in the distance. Walkable to the center of town very safe and the staff is absolutely wonderful. I can’t say enough for this lovely place to stay in Tivoli. Bellissimo!"

Lodging was large and very comfortable. Gorgeous building. Cannot recommend highly enough. "Nice hotel and good service. I did not realize I didn’t pick breakfast with our reservation and didn’t get told at checkin. The app does have a note that the cost is 10 euro per person, but I was charged 15. Suggest you verify at checkin. Also, no lift in the area we stayed - might be in others."

"The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"

"We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were helpful and spoke English. The pool was an added bonus and the location was perfect for us to attend a concert at Alba Fucens' amphitheatre! The only slight negative was that the water pressure in the shower was not stable so it was fine one minute then it surged and was too hot. The only reason I gave it a 4* for the property facilities. Otherwise we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends."
