What isn't obvious from the listing is the direct access and use of the outside sitting area/table by the kitchen door and the beautiful garden space. "It was our second time at Nicolai's apartment and probably not last. Location is fantastic for skiers and for hikers. Nice and quiet neighborhood with skibus stop just in front of the house. Apartment is sunny and spacious, very well equipped, clean and tidy. The host - Nicolai is very supportive, easy reachable and really takes care about his guests. Vielen Dank Nicolai"

Es gab zB keinen Schneebesen, kein Küchenpapier, etc. Toilettenpapier war viel zu wenig, obwohl wir einmal nachgefragt und (wieder wenig) neues erhalten hatten. Habe am Ende selber diese Dinge gekauft. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat unter diesen Umständen aus meiner Sicht nicht so gut gepasst. 60 für Strom für 6 Tage bezahlt... Das war eine unangenehme Überraschung bei der Abreise. Bettwäsche kostet extra. Wir...
