Having a working fireplace made ready for use was lovely. While the kitchen and bathroom were small, they met all our needs. Gregor was nice enough to have a few things for us in the kitchen for breakfast! Gregor is a fount of wonderful information and history which made out stay even better! ...

"The house is located in a great location, just above the Market Brae steps, making it central to most places in the city center. The house is old, but very well kept. Two of the bedrooms are located on the second floor and a third, with its own bathroom, on the third. Stairs are a bit of a struggle, if you're not used to them, but not a huge issue. One minor negative is that there is a little bit of street noise from pedestrians on their way out of the city center after the bars closing. Usually...
