There is a tiny table with two chairs outside the door and a larger space with garden furniture under a canopy further down the garden, although this would be more comfortable if it could be contrived to put it on level ground. "We have just returned from a 2nt stay in this beautifully restored property in a quiet village location. Super welcome from the host on arrival and lovely welcome pack-a nice touch and welcome surprise! Excellent communication with Lesley before and throughout our stay. Very secure property for our 3yr old dog with large secure garden to side of property for off-street parking and occupant use only. "Excellent choice for a large family holiday. Plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied and happy. Plus lots of space with in the property and grounds . Good time had by all. A bit disappointing that you had to pay for the use of bikes at the property."

We installeerden ons in het verblijf en kregen daarna een rondleiding over het domein en in het kasteel dat volledig gerestaureerd wordt. "We loved our stay here. The gite is huge - massive large living space, large bedrooms (with very comfy beds) and a big walk in shower with double sink layout. Although the site is shared with another Gite and BandB guests the layout means everyone has total privacy and only the pool is shared. Beautiful gardens out the back - horses to pet in the paddock. So peaceful and calm, we loved it. A little remote - 15-20 mins drive to nearest shops."

"We really enjoyed our week in the house. A very charming house that suited us perfectly for visiting relatives nearby. Think just a little neglected. More information regarding the arrival process would have been helpful, we started to panic a little when there was no-one to greet us. To have a working television/cable as we had expected, would have made a great difference for the children, luckily the weather behaved for us so it wasn’t a big issue.
