THE APARTMENT "NAUTILUS-BAY SUITES Apt. 420"

This spacious apartment on the middle floor of the newly built house "Nautilus-Bay Suites" in Zavala is designed for couples or families with up to 4 children or two couples and has two double bedrooms (one of them with two single beds that can also be set up as a double bed) and a very large living room and is very modern and fully equipped. In the living and dining room there is also a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 6 people. The view from the terrace is over the garden through the old trees to the sea.

Apartment 420 has approx. 100 sqm of usable space including terrace and consists of two double bedrooms (14 sqm each), two bathrooms (one ensuite) with shower and WC and a spacious living room (approx. 33 sqm) with dining area, couch area (sofa bed) and a fully equipped fitted kitchen in L-design. The living room with a panoramic glass surface opens to the south to the equally large terrace (approx. 20 sqm) which includes a dining area and a lounge area. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mature pine trees.

The apartment is approx. 70m from the sea, where there is also a small, clean pebble beach (Gorma Bay). So you are only a few steps away from the beach.


THE HOUSE "NAUTILUS-BAY SUITES"

"The house was built and opened in 2023 and impresses with its architecture and the stone facade made of stones from the island. The house is located on a plot set back from the road and is therefore very quiet. There are numerous apartments and guest houses in the neighborhood, and a small, clean pebble beach is about 70 m from the house.

The floor plans of the apartments are designed for families and are suitable for longer stays and all seasons with fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms, as well as air conditioning and heating. Great emphasis was placed on design and quality in the modern furnishings; the beds are all made of solid oak or ash and fitted with high-quality mattresses. The sofa beds are also of high quality and have springs and slatted frames.

The living areas all face the sea and you can see the sea from all the terraces. When building the house, we attached great importance to preserving the ancient trees. The trees provide shade for guests and create a wonderful climate, especially in summer when it can get very hot here."

There are several areas in our house that you can use as our guests.

1. laundry room: In the laundry room there is a washing machine and a dryer.Here you will also find other things such as brooms, cleaning buckets etc.

2. barbecue station: Behind the house in the parking lot there is a shared gas barbecue, which you are welcome to use. Cleanliness and consideration for other guests is expected.

3. sunbathing areas in the garden:In the garden there are some sun loungers in the shade of the pine trees in the summer months, where you are welcome to spend the day.

4. parking lot: There is enough space for all guests in the private parking lot.
