Large kitchen, double refrigerator, under counter ice machine, dishwasher, plenty of pantry space and separate laundry room. Fenced side yard with swimming pool and plenty of outdoor seating, a covered poolside dining area as well as a two story deck with ocean views. Room for 2 or more vehicles under the carport with extra parking onsite for additional guests or boat trailer, 2 outdoor showers, charcoal grill. USB ports in all bedrooms. Easy beach access with crossover located on the north side of the property.

***Please be advised about this property. During winter months where temperatures fall below 50 Degrees Fahrenheit, the pool heat pump may not be able to efficiently heat the pool. When temperatures fall below 40 Degrees, pool heat is not available.***
