"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"I had a pleasant check in experience, the front desk staff was friendly as soon as I found someone who spoke English. The whole process was quick. The hotel is right next to the beach with a great ocean view. I loved the modern feel to the rooms and all of the extra small amenities that were included. "A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "
