"✓plugs next to bed ✓bathroom ✓internet I'm sure I booked with a room view but reservation had been processed as no road view (so had to upgrade for €4 which as perfectly fine). Also had come through as twin in stead of double - which is NOT OK but was fixed by hotel. Parking - it should be noted that parking is NOT in the public parking 15 meters in front of hotel but actually somewhere behind. In the end I just left the car in public and paid more. It should be stated much much more clearly that it is not a public discounted parking but somewhere else. No pool or gym, but very central location"

"Exquisite hotel in Excellent location with great staff. This boutique hotel formerly a palace is a wonderful 5-star hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. From the moment you enter the hotel you are struck by the sense of calm that is created by the beautiful decor and artfully decorated spaces inside the hotel. The staff also help to create that feeling of calm. When my husband and I entered the hotel we were greeted by staff who made us feel right at home. The rooms are beautifully decorated with attention to detail which make for a relaxing environment. We also enjoyed this hotel's bar and T22 restaurant. The staff in the bar and restaurant are great. The food at T22 restaurant was fresh, beautifully prepared and creatively presented. We loved every did we had. For my husband and me, this is the only hotel to stay at if you are in Jerez because it will not disappoint. "

"We loved our stay at this hotel. It was easy to access with on site parking which was important for us. The staff were so friendly, very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful. Since I chose the hotel I was given a thumbs up by my husband and our friends. Very impressed. "
