"We have stayed at Donna's place multiple times. It is comfortable and well stocked with linens and kitchen items. It is always interesting to see the view of Lake Folsom and how it changes depending on water levels. Donna is attentive and very responsive. "

"The guesthouse was beautiful and spacious, I enjoyed the pool table, and it was convenient to cook in the kitchen. The yard was huge, and beautifully maintained. The host was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again if available and traveling in the area again. Five Stars across the board."

"My stay at "The Nest" was wonderful! This lovely guest house was my personal oasis while in Roseville, and it was appointed with every convenience imaginable. I would love to stay at this restful retreat again!"

"We last minute booked a couple of nights here. It’s a great little apartment above a big double garage. Owner lives in the home with his family and they were very quiet. The place was easy to find, marked parking spot and signs to take us in the right direction and right upstairs. Beautiful, clean and modern little place! Very happy with our stay. We never used the pool but the pool area looked very nice. I would stay again!"

"The house was adorable and decorated with a farmhouse look. The pool was amazing, clean, with a large deck and plenty of patio furniture. The property had decorative lights and two optional bunk houses for overflow guests. It was a very nice property and appeared clean/tidy. The cons: 1 dish towel, no potholders, no broom/vacuum, no can opener, no propane in the fire pits (which was resolved after calling the property manager), AC kept the house cool but was in need of repair as it was loud...

"We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and with a very safe feeling. The home was so cute and very clean. The kitchenette was very convenient for us. At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns. I will for check them out and use this owner again."
