"Great location which is easy to get to from the airport on the 106 bus. Spotlessly clean rooms, huge ceilings that make the rooms feel bigger, great shower with quality shower gel and handwash. Aircon that worked well which was good as a lot of hotels don't have working aircon unless it's in the summer months. Good breakfast choices though the hot food wasn't hot, just lukewarm. "Everything was fine the room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. I can only regret that when I arrived 45 min before the checking, I was told blankly to wait 3 o'clock. The reception did not even check if a room was available for my comfort. Disappointed. Reception on check out was very nice."

"A rather austere looking hotel but a very comfortable hotel. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic shower. Facilities were limited but perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had a very peaceful nights sleep. The breakfast was good although there was a queue to get in to the breakfast room on one of the busier days"

"We wanted to love this hotel. And in fairness, a lot of things were great about it. It is located very close to the city center, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are huge, especially by European standards, so there is plenty of room to spread out. The bathrooms are nice and updated. We did have a couple of issues while we were there, though. "Good location, close to Sky Tower, not too far from the train station and walkable to the market square. High quality room with a comfortable mattress. The only small downside was the short shower glass which only covered about half the width of the cabin so the floor gets a bit wet."

"Beautiful property. Staff was blunt at check in. When we asked for the complementary upgrade that Expedia platinum gives we were told the rooms are available but we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The view was incredible the room was super clean. Did not wake up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that "
