"This could be a five star property, but they seem to get cheap on the little things that would really make a difference. No towels at the pool, which I guess is fine as the water is too cold to swim in anyway, no towels or wipes in the fitness center to wipe down the sweaty equipment after use, and no drinking water there either, charging about 10 times the going rate to arrange an airport shuttle...just to name a few. "
