"we had a great stay at this apartment- there was parking, everything you need in the kitchen- clean well furnished. The hosts were amazing- they did everything they could to make our trip for a wedding as easy as it could be- even dealing with me- the stressed out mother of the bride! The host had recommended a restaurant for pre wedding dinner- simply 5 stars so good! We had our laundry done by the host and nothing could have been more appreciated!! thank you so much for everything!!!"

"Liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Für Unterhaltung war gesorgt, wie Bücher und Spiele und natürlich - wer möchte - auch TV und Radio. Gute Verdunkelung und schallisolierte Fenster, sodass von draußen kaum etwas zu hören war; allerdings über dem Studio ging es zeitweise recht polternd zu. Ansonsten war alles sauber, Küche-/ und Badbereich, doch an der Decke in der Küche und teils auf den Balken sah man deutliche Spuren, dass dort länger nicht kontrolliert wurde. Doch das war nicht...

"Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich, sehr sauber und liebevoll mit kleinen Details gestaltet. An der Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, angenehm kommunikativ und begrüßte uns am Nachmittag beim Ankommen mit Kaffee und Mineralwasser. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind ein Traum zum Erholen. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub im Wendland. Hierfür war der Hof wirklich perfekt. Großer Freibereich mit Wiese zum Spielen und Grillen. Geräumige Unterkunftmit allem was man benötigt. Und viele Tiere (Hund, Katze, Huhn und noch viel mehr), was besonders für die Kinder interessant war. Ausgewählte Ziele sind in max. 30 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen (z.B. der Michaelshof)."

"Last review was from 2020. Unfortunately time has not helped. In May 2024 we encountered serious mold smell as we entered the apartment building, extending to the apartment. We had a serious allergic reaction to the mold and could not stay in the apartment. We left without unpacking and booked another hotel elsewhere. Neither the Owner nor Expedia through which we booked would refund the rental cost even though the apartment was uninhabitable to us."

"Our stay here was so wonderful and peaceful! It is a beautiful golf course, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and we appreciated the his & hers sinks. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the German countryside so much, that I absolutely did not want to leave! We hope to visit Schloss Ludersburg again very soon! The restaurant was also delicious (and seemed to have some good options- the salmon was amazing, and I honestly think the salmon was better here than anywhere in the US [maybe apart from Alaska!]) and the breakfast was very satisfying! They even have a very nice espresso machine at breakfast that makes cappuccinos and lattes. The employees went out of their way to assist us whenever we had a question or a request. And we felt welcomed here! We are not big golfers, but we hope to come back just to enjoy the peace and quiet and visit some of the neighboring towns again. There was so much to see (Luneburg, Celle, etc), and Schloss Ludersburg makes a great "home base." I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the German countryside!"
