"We have stayed here before and will stay again. The front desk was very friendly upon check-in, but hardly looked at me when I checked out. Not a problem. The bathtub had a bit of blackish between the tiles, but again, this was not a big deal. Very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel, Cassis, was very good, as was the service there. All in all, comfortable and accommodating. Will stay again."

"We loved our cabin stay. Each cabin has an outdoor fire pit and the highlight for my kids was making smores! Its also located right by the river so lovely to go for walks! And can see elk on cabin property. It was clean and we had a small issue with our cabin which was resolved promptly! Highly recommend this place and we hope to be back!"

"We spend a lot of time around Jasper area. Room was good. Some areas of room and hotel are getting a little dated. But that being said room was very comfortable. And very clean. A big plus for me now a days is a smart tv. But that is just a wish not a necessity. The hotel dining room was great as always. "The cabin was very nice and a good location but was short on kitchen supplies. . There were no large plates to put things on, we had a group of 8 people with just 8 plates and bowls, no extras to use for other things, no extra cups and very limited glasses.
