Our group thoroughly enjoyed the cabin. The location is amazing, communication with Shannon was great, and we had everything that we needed during our stay. Would stay here again.
Loved our stay! Very well maintained and comfortable home. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. Hosts were great to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in often. Absolutely no complaints and will stay here again.
My family stayed here for a week in June. We spent our down time hanging out on the deck enjoying the view and the breeze. The location was great - not to far from town (great pizza!), groceries, canoing, hiking, and swimming. The house was super cute and clean. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds. A great choice.
Cabin was rustic on outside and beautifully updated on the inside. We had a lovely time and very comfortable. We were back and forth to the Buffalo River during our stay. Hosts gave great info before arrival and stayed in touch during and after our stay.
Beautiful cabin with beautiful scenery! Best host one could ask for! The cabin was more than fully stocked. Having all the grandchildren able to sleep together on the bunkbeds was so much fun! Would definitely go back!
There was a little mix up on the cleaning of the cabin before we arrived, but shannon took control of it and got everything handle quickly for us. Great views from the deck. Has a spring co.ing out of the mountain below the cabin that made it very relaxing to listen to the rushing water like a water fall. Very nice place overall.
We enjoyed spending time with family and exploring the area. Shannon and her team were very easy to get ahold of and communicate with. Very easy to work with them. They were very kind when we thought we'd have to change the days due to a death in the family.
Kids and grownups both had a great time! Grownups watched the kids bounce on the trampoline from the hot tub, we enjoyed a magical sunset from the porch, and slept very well on the comfortable beds. It was an easy drive to Jasper and Ponca. Communication with the owner was seamless, as was check in.
This property is everything and more. There is plenty of room for a large family and has the feel of "comfortable meets luxury" with stunning views. A very clean home with a beautiful motif throughout. My family took advantage of the full kitchen, trampoline, fire pit, hot tub and we spent a great deal of time on the deck where sunsets were a highlight. Also, communication with the host was exceptional. 5 Stars +
Stayed at this beautiful cabin with family and friends for a quick weekend trip to the Buffalo River. The cabin was perfect! Very clean, spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed plus more special touches. The smores fixings were a very nice touch that both kids and adults enjoyed. Firepit was nice and had ample wood ready for use. Hot tub was fantastic after our day on the river. Nice big rooms and beds were very comfortable.
Would highly recommend this to family and friends and we will be staying there again the next time we visit the Buffalo. Very well done "Blame it on your Roots!". 5 well deserved stars!
Everyone was very pleased with the cabin. It was spacious for 13 people. It was clean with plenty of beds, large bathrooms, and a large kitchen. The basement was dark with no windows but everyone that slept down there said the darkness helped them sleep in and get rested from the vigorous trails we had been hiking. The PAC MAN game was a nice surprise that all the older guys really had fun playing. 😂The hot tub was a hit of course but most of the time was spent around the outside fire pit. A shower in the basement would be a nice addition but we made it work with two showers with a little advanced planning. I don’t recommend driving low profile vehicles on either of the driveways but we are a RAM crew so both ways of entry were a nonissue. Shannon was great at communicating with every step and checking in to make sure everything was going well. In summary I highly recommend this cabin and will be booking it again for future trips.
