Our Lewis Smith Lake Home offers 1 acre of privacy with a flat lot. Built in 2021 with no steps to the water for your easy access to the brand new dock with a single boat slip (room for 2). Nestled down a slew off the main channel provides for safe swimming. Centrally located to Duncan Bridge (10 min boat ride/5 min drive), and Duskin Point Marina (15 min boat ride/10 min drive). Less than a 5 minute drive to grocery stores, gas, food establishments, etc . 10 minute drive to the liquor store..
