"Overall this was a basic hostel that worked for me to stay in one night in order to catch a morning flight to the airport. The bed was very comfortable, clean and the staff were helpful. I only know Spanish and English so trying to communicate in Portuguese was a bit tricky but we managed okay. I was surprised by how noisy the traffic was around the hostel. Although, from about midnight to 7 am it quieted down so that was great for sleep. I took the shuttle to the airport in the morning and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone at the hostel when I called and messaged them in order to get a ride from the airport to the hostel the night before. It was pretty easy to take an Uber for 10 USD so it worked out. Overall, I'd say the quality is about what I would expect for paying 26 USD for a private room at a hostel for one night. Also, the showers had spectacular hot water so that was a plus!"

"Showers not functions shelves falling off the wall water not draining air condition not working very well. Asked to have shower fixed nothing got fixed. More annoying then anything else."
