"Personnel was very helpful and friendly, specially Mr. Ramos at the omelet breakfast station. I would like for the Spa showers to be inproved with soap and shampoo as well as the jacuzzi cleaning. "

I’m not a fan of Copacabana as a neighborhood but the hotel is worth staying. "
