Rent for weekends, holidays, holiday seasons, beautiful house by the sea (WETTING FEET) on the paradise beach of Japaratinga-AL, all structured, with 3 bedrooms, 2 suites, all with ceiling fan and air conditioning split, wc, living room with 2 environments, WI-FI, sky satellite tv, kitchen with 2 freezers, refrigerator, fridge, microwave, electric oven and all utensils, large terrace with sea view, barbecue, 3 car garage, we have internal security system etc. You will love my space because the house is comfortable, spacious and the best, you sleep with the sound of ocean waves !!!! My space is good for family with children, couples and friends. The sea water in front of the house is warm, crystal clear and with several natural pools. Come enjoy this paradise. I await your visit !!! COMMENTS:

Barulho da rodovia com vista para o mar
A casa em si é boa , praia linda mas o muro da casa é literalmente a rodovia AL 101 onde o trânsito é constante com motos , ônibus, caminhões ao ponto de ter que aumentar o volume da TV para conseguir escutá-la. Além disso sair da garagem é um perigo pq vc tem que interromper o trânsito da rodovia para entrar ou sair de carro . Não recomendo para pessoas que se importam com barulho . Muito triste porque o mar da frente é lindo mas o barulho estraga a experiência. Ficamos dos10 dias planejados apenas quatro

A casa é maravilhosa, Dona Carolina e sua equipe são ótimos, Dona Edileuza é uma cozinheira maravilhosa, o arroz de polvo dela vale a viagem! A casa é bastante equipada, o mar é ótimo para crianças! Já quero voltar desde já.

Um pedaço do paraíso …
Voltei de férias há menos de 24 horas e já estou com saudades da casa em Japaratinga…já tenho alguma experiência com locações e duvido que algum dia encontre um imóvel tão agradável, realmente pé de areia, numa praia de água quente, clara, tranquila, sem falar do apoio dos funcionários da casa, Rosa (limpeza e cozinha) e Valdo (serviços gerais)…simpatia pura! Estadia nota mil!!

Um verdadeiro paraíso!
A casa da Carolina é simplesmente incrível, com destaque para sua localização "pé na areia". A casa é bem equipada e confortável e acomodou minha família muito bem. Carolina foi uma ótima anfitriã e se disponibilizou a tirar todas as nossas dúvidas. O caseiro Vado e a cozinheira Rosa foram bastante solícitos e muito simpáticos. Com certeza recomendados e voltaremos mais vezes.

Um lugar muito especial
Desfrutar da casa de Carolina é vivenciar conforto, cuidado e acolhimento. A casa é ventilada e oferece ambientes interno e externo que possibilitam desfrutar de uma praia maravilhosa/deslumbrante junto com a família. Carolina é super acolhedora e o sr Vado (caseiro) e d Rosa (diarista/cozinheira) nos oferecem um apoio que faz desta estadia um lugar mais do que especial.

PARAÍSO AO NOSSO ALCANCE.
Quem tiver dúvida quanto à hospedagem na casa de Carolina, pode ficar ansioso para chegar ao local o mais rápido possível. A começar pelas duas pessoas que trabalham na casa, D. Rosa e Sr. Valdo. Receberam o grupo com muita atenção, entusiasmo e dedicação para que ficássemos bem instalados. Ótima localização, a casa é do mesmo jeitinho que consta nas fotos. Casa muito arejada, linda, muuuuuito limpa e ficamos perfeitamente acomodados. Carolina, a proprietária, é muito solícita, está sempre à disposição e muuuuito gente boa. Perto de restaurante, padaria e à beira de um mar incrível, de águas calmas e claras. Você pode fazer passeios, a propósito, o ponto de embarque fica praticamente ao lado da casa. Super recomendo.

Um encanto!
Estive com minha família para curtir um fim de semana e só temos avaliações positivas da casa e do local. A proprietária se mostrou muito atenciosa, desde o primeiro contato, e os funcionários da casa, Rosa e Valdo, nos receberam muito bem! Rosa ajuda na cozinha e na limpeza da casa e Valdo cuida das partes externas da casa, que, por sinal, tem um jardim, um gramado encantador. O local é muito tranquilo e a vista para o mar é extraordinária, podemos ver o mar desde a cozinha da casa. A casa é muito arejada, com grandes janelas e ambientes agradáveis. Todos os ambientes são muito bem equipados. Portanto, não tenho críticas, recomendo essa experiência!

Simplesmente Prefeita!!!!
Esta foi a primeira vez que alugamos uma casa para temporada, confesso que estávamos preocupados se esta experiência seria boa, no entanto, foi simplesmente fantástico, a casa superou as minhas expectativas, dispondo de tudo (e mais um pouco rs) que é preciso para receber seus hóspedes com todo o conforto e bem-estar, tudo isso a um custo-benefício muito bom, toda a área externa e interna com decoração de muito bom gosto, tudo limpo, arejado e claro, ficamos todos encantados com o imóvel, a vista do mar na frente da casa é deslumbrante, e o banho maravilhoso. Se preparem, vocês não vão conseguir ficar muito tempo longe da casa, é irresistível!!! A dona Rosa muito simpática e atenciosa, nos ajudou bastante com a comida, limpeza e organização nesse tempo que ficamos por lá!! O caseiro Vado muito atencioso, educado e prestativo nos atendeu prontamente sempre que necessitamos, foram 7 dias de descanso maravilhosos. Sem dúvida voltaremos assim que possível. Ressaltamos que as praias do local são as mais lindas que já vimos!! Já estamos com saudades!
