The counter representative was very understanding and kind. That guy deserves a raise.Our original room didn't have working remotes for the television and the toilet was leaking.we were moved to a different room and the toilet wouldn't flush so we had to leave a morning surprise.

The toilet had no near the lowest flush capacity I've ever seen and clogged multiple times from just some toilet paper. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the towels had some stains spots and were very small. Overall not really upset, though. You get what you pay for. It was the cheapest option in the area, and I've had worse experiences with that criteria.
