The Space:
Located in the nice and quiet neighbourhood of jan thiel you can find Villa Favvidae only 5 minutes away from the jan thiel boulevard. With a beautiful view from the balcony on the first floor to the ocean view.

This 5 bedroom villa is divided in 2 separate floors, the ground floor is suitable for 4 guests and has 2 bedrooms. The upper floor is suitable for 6 guests with 3 bedrooms, each with their air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a patio door adjacent to the pool/porch deck where you can have a drink and enjoy the private pool.

Villa Favvidae is suitable for families who want to travel together but still want their own private space. And 3 to 5 minutes you can walk to Jan thiel beach, Zanzibar nightlife, Van den Tweel Supermarket and other boutique shops and a casino, all these great attractions in one area. By car you are 15 minutes away from the other various attractions that the island has to offer Sea Aquarium,Madero Boulevard and also the heart of the island Willemstad.

This property is located in Jan thiel, one of the best areas to stay in Curacao. The neighborhood offers everything from beaches, grocery store, restaurant and fitness. It's perfect for families as well as those seeking nightlife.

Its very safe and quiet and just a short walk to Jan Thiel beach.

Getting Around:
We can arrange airport transportation at a additional cost, however we always recommend to rent a car as it is the easiest way to explore the island.

Other Things to Note:
- American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets
- Minimum stay of 7 nights during Xmas/ New Year period and 4 nights for the rest of the year
- Mandatory extra-cleaning when stay is longer then 7 nights
- Water- and Electricity consumption included till a maximum of 25 KwH per day and a maximum of 1 m3 water per day. Over-usage will be charged, $0,55 per KwH and $8 per m3, this will be calculated at the end of your stay and you would be charged afterwards for your over-usage of the utilities.
- There is no A/C in common areas, only in the bedrooms
- The rate shown is based on access to all 5 bedrooms and the entire villa
