We've created a space that is just the right amount of everything you need to base yourself on Great Ocean Road with family and friends. Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac, this property has one of the best position's in the court with park and ocean views, extending to the fairways of the RACV golf course. With easy access to all amenities such as the Surf Life Savings Club, Jan Juc Village shops, cafe and Pub. But most importantly it only a short 750 m stroll to the patrolled Jan Juc surf beach.
Guests will enjoy the many walking & cliff top trails, boardwalks along the creek reserves that lead to playgrounds and sporting amenities in the area. The world famous Bells Beach is under a 10 minute drive and Torquay shopping and dining precinct is an easy walking or riding distance so you can leave the car at home and explore on your push bike.
