"This house has everything you could want in a vacation home. Very well stocked for making meals, heavy duty blender for slushy drinks, games, puzzles, life jackets, kayaks, bikes. "My wife and I brought our two young daughters and my in-laws for 8 nights at Sunnyside. It was amazing. The house is great and has been recently remodeled. The pictures are all accurate. Camille and Andrew who manage the property did a fantastic job ensuring that every detail was cared for, from transportation throughout to housekeeping to groundskeeping. "My family loved everything about this stunning property - from the wonderful Concierge, Pema, and Chef, the truly spectacular grounds, ocean bay and infinity pool to the beautiful, well stocked and extremely comfortable home itself. "This cottage was just as advertised - spacious, nicely appointed and well-equipped with everything needed for a lengthy stay. The location is isolated, but near enough to towns to make trips for groceries or meals fairly quick. The sunrises in the mornings were spectacular! The yard is really nice as is the access path to the beach. However the high tides made for a fairly high bluff from which it was hard to get down onto the actual beach. "We enjoyed our time in the Bahamas, wonderful food, beaches and people! However the property was rough! Hard to swallow paying that much money on a run down house and a rough road on the property. "Having access to both coasts from one spot, without getting into the car for a drive, was great. Want an easy soak in the ocean? Walk to the Caribbean. Want to play in the waves? "It is hard for words to describe the Villa, except it was so incredible. The Villa was first class (Villa 2), the location and privacy was delightful. The beach was beautiful, along with the pools. The first one has to do with the accuracy of online listing in terms of location, it seems it is by the beach or at least at a pretty close walking distance but it is not actually like that, the second issue, which is a major one, is the problem with electric power the island suffers. "We stayed there the week of Superbowl & Valentines. There is a restaurant attached and they had all kinds of special events for the occasion. Its family owned and was really nice every morning when we got back from a run we were able to talk with the owner Tiffany. Tiffany is very kind & helpful. "

"Our stay at Coral Sands was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and the beach. The tropical drinks were delicious. They have a new workout area with a sauna. They have tennis and pickleball courts. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The sand has a hint of coral color and the water is aqua and refreshing! We can’t wait to return next year!"

Short and sweet stay

"We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was so relaxing and quiet. We only saw a couple people down the beach from us, but they did not stay so we had the beach mostly to ourselves. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the simplicity and quietness of this stay. Everyone we came into contact with while out and about we so friendly and accommodating. Dino was on point with any requests we needed and always did it with a smile. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. There are many stray dogs on the island and in all the towns. We tried to do what we could for the ones that came around the house by giving them fresh water and buying dog food. If you are an animal lover like we are I would bring flea medicine and food for them if you are able. Thanks again Dino!"
