"The concept of the hotel is brilliant, a novelty being able to travel around by boat. Staff, majority Indian Pakistan super friendly and helpful. Food good but need to book or some restaurants will be booked out by external visitors. "Everything is great. The service, the room, the staff & the food. I have just little concern about the hotel, in the shower the bottles for body wash and shampoo doesn’t work. You can’t use it it is very hard to pump it even my husband tried but it did not help. I wish they changed to better quality bottle or different way. I did not like the area around the hotel, I couldn’t walk because it is not clean and a lot of construction."
