"The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. I was beyond mad, left the counter. When I came back she told me it was all arranged & taken cared of. "

"The staff at this hotel ( especial mentioned to Ms Candy, Dom, Cielo, Bello. The guards forgot yhe names) were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions. Antipolo Malls, Taytay Mall. Highly recommended , sa mga bakasyonita , ito na ang piliin , Kung meron pang higit sa maganda na salita, Monaco na! Congratulations to Monaco, maintain to invest people like I mentioned, and maintain ninyo ang hanap hanap namin sa isang hotel."

"The total service was good. The staff were approachable and always ready to assist us. The only thing that I notice was most of the pools are not available and not that clean as well. We only enjoyed our stay in the room. Cafeteria only have few food options and a bit pricey. But it was a good thing that they are allowing guests to order thru online food delivery. "
