"Everything was ok, just one big minus - you have to pay for parking (40 pln for night). It is not included in the room price. There are a lot of activities for the children, the water-pool is working from 8:00 till 21:00 and it’s not very crowded."

"The parking was easy. The hotel is nicely situated but a little on the older side. The one restaurant I was refused service but without an explanation as the serving staff didn’t see to speak English well. The buffet was adequate in the other restaurant but wasn’t what I was looking for. I wasn’t in the mood for a mass feeding experience."

"A nice hotel situated by the river bank. Parking is ample but arrangement and instruction from the staff is confusing. The hotel is like a maze and difficult to navigate initially. Got insurance, the entrance from the car park is on ground level but the reception is one level down. Bedrooms are in a different wing and two levels above the reception. "I was amazed by this place - much better than expected. however, as it is a fairly new place, and it seems to be family run, it lacks a professional management. Service is very relaxed and perhaps not up to the standard the property represents itself. "The hotel didn’t have any double or queen beds available for my gf and I and on top of that we were watching a movie a little later at night on my phone and the night desk worker repeatedly harassed us and knocked on our door aggressively 3 times after midnight and then proceed to curse me out over a translator app to keep the noise down "

"Es war eine weite Fahrt in die Masuren. Es waren für mich 1250 km in 2 Tagen. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Der Kontakt mit Waldemar und Nena war herzlich. Wenn man auch noch Einheimische kennenlernt, ist alles gut. Ich möchte gerne wieder dort hinfahren."
