"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the end of June 2024 and were amazed at the quality and the price we paid through Expedia. The position was good at about 200 meters from the main square which was pedestrianised with a great choice of eating and drinking options. Can't fault the size and cleanliness of the rooms or the friendliness of the staff."

"Nice Hotel in an unbeatable location. Building works going on but didn’t start until 9.30 ish, so no problem there. Too many places to eat and drink in close proximity, so I can’t comment on the Hotel in that regard. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if in Wrocław again."

"My wife and I stayed at the Altus Palace hotel (double room) for two nights in June 2024. The hotel and the room were absolutely gorgeous, and it has all the attributes of a five-star hotel. The location is perfect as you can walk to the old city. The hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for, very spacious, with a beautiful bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. The room had all the things we usually look for: an electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, blackout curtains, iron and safe. A nice touch was that they provided multiple bottles of complimentary water (still and sparkling). As the hotel is located close to tramlines, we could hear the trams passing every few minutes. We are usually light sleepers, but it didn’t bother us too much. If you are a light sleeper, perhaps ask for a room as far from the tramlines as possible. I am not sure what the terms are for VIP access hotels, but we were not offered a room upgrade. The hotel gave us a voucher for 20 PLN ($5) to use in their restaurant. The room was great though, and we got a very good rate from Hotels.com. Car parking on-site costs 150 PLN/day, even more expensive than our valet parking in Vienna and Prague hotels last year. Overall though, we were very happy with the two-night stay and would stay here again."
