"There is nothing says it’s a family hotel We had a issue and want to talk to the hotel manager, she made it so hard, the front desk called her 3 times, we thought she was home turning out she was just next door in the office. The toilet cover has stains and the bathroom door has yellow spots. Foods are salty, don’t bother booking HB, not worth it."

"We had to ask to be able to lower the temperature on our AC in the room which seems odd but in most of Europe it seems to be regulated but the hotel and not the guests which is a bit aggregating per se! Otherwise very nice !"
