I would like to see a little more variety in breakfast. Bread is not good. Also, there are few power sockets available in the room, which is not modern. Other than that, it was good.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas in Jakarta. Lotte shopping center is nearby and also plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are a bit old but are clean and large. Staff are friendly and polite. I stay here when I’m in Jakarta.

It was a great overall experience. The room was clean and spacious. However, the suite could use better lighting and the washroom sink was clogged before we got there. These are easy issues to fix. Overall, it was nice and the best part was its proximity to a large mall and great restaurant options.

Paid full in advance through Hotel.com without breakfast, when checked in the front desk did not ask for the deposit and told us everything is paid. The next day we took 3 breakfast and another 3 on the following day, my husband called the front desk stated that we will settle the breakfast when we check out and the front desk said OK. However, the next day they sent me text, email, and constantly asking us to pay and even came to our room with credit card machine. We still had remaining 5 days to stay, which already prepaid in full and the cost of the 5 days is much much much bigger than the cost of the breakfast. There is no way we want to abundant the room since we prepaid in full. Poor management hotel system.. !

Although I am a regular customer, I was subjected to mistreatment that I had never witnessed before throughout my visits to this hotel. I was financially drained for imaginary reasons. Therefore, I will not repeat the experience with you again. Also, the facilities are closed and I had to go to another hotel to shower.

We wrote multiple times to senior management prior to check in but did not receive anything remotely resembling an acknowledgement, much less a reply. It was frustrating. Check in staff seem understaffed, unhappy and certainly not accommodating to our questions and requests. The property is old understandably, but no little touches to make it look more homely and welcoming especially considering these are serviced apartments. The comfort and space of the apartments are the best aspects of this property. The location is a dream as well.

コンセント以外は大満足
クラシックルームに4泊。年季を感じる内装だったが、広いリビングにYoutube 等が見れるネットテレビ、仕事も出来るデスク、ベッドルーム2室、浴槽付きバスルーム2室、レンジと食器があるキッチンに洗剤まで付いたドラム式洗濯機、各部屋にバルコニー付きと設備は完璧に近かった。 広いプールと別棟には有酸素系と筋力系も充実したジム、テニスコートまである。 立地もジャカルタ中心部。徒歩圏内にサークルKのコンビニ、Grabもエントランス前まで呼べるし隣りは高級なラッフルズホテルで周囲もキレイで治安も良い。朝食は付けなかったが巨大なロッテモールに隣接しているので、地下にスーパー、レストラン、安価なフードコート、和食から現地料理、コリアンからスタバまであるので十分だった。 以上のことからもコスパは高く、ジャカルタ初心者にもおすすめ。 個人的に感じた課題は2つ。ひとつは多くの口コミにある高速道路が近いのでバイクや車の騒音は激しい。個人的にこれは想定内だったが、真夜中でも響くので神経質な人は寝れないかも。 もうひとつはコンセントの位置と数が少なく絶望的に厳しい。リビングのソファやベッドサイドには皆無で、部屋の隅の床の近くだけ。スマホやバッテリー、タブレットその他を充電しながら使うのは困難なので、部屋の設備のルームライトや電気器具の電源を外さないと全く足りない。これは今の時代に致命的なので、ホテル側で延長コードなど、対応をすべきではないだろうか？その他、トータルでは大満足なのでまたリピートしたいと考えている
