I was glad that this boutique hotel was close to the event place that I had to travel to daily. It is also convenient as there is a mall next to it. However, there is a need for attention in terms of cleanliness. There seems like an ant's nest situation as there are MANY ants crawling along the mirror and dressing table. Glasses in the toilet were stained and not washed. Bed sheets were stained. Housekeeping was slow, my safety deposit box was spoilt. Basically the facts are as presented, I have no words. Otherwise, staff were friendly, kind and tried to be helpful. But the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be looked into.

Typical 3-star suburban Jakarta hotel
Business trip 6 days. Front desk extremely responsive and quick. English good. Breakfast plentiful but inconsistent in what offered, how tables set. Placemats one day, none the next. Never napkins. Eggs one day, none the next three, altho learned could ask. Felt very "3-star" however hotel is 3 star and inexpensive so value was fine. I'd probably look around before staying there again although I'd consider it.

Nice boutique hotel
The hotel is minimal but clean and efficient. The staff are friendly and courteous. The price of the hotel included breakfast and they offered as much choice as possible for the size of the hotel. Unlike other minimal hotels, Pranaya rooms are fairly good size. I did not feel cramped at all in the room. Air conditions were not loud like other hotels and once air goes on, the room got cool very fast. Keep up the good work, Pranaya

Nice stay in South Tangerang
I stayed in deluxe room. The room was very spacious. It came with a kitchenette with an oven which would be nice for extended stays (did not have a mini fridge though). The complementary breakfast buffet featured a changing menu and was delicious. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is well situated with a nice mall right across the street.

good things. - Sweet and supportive staffs!! - Building is new, Room is clean bad things. - Odor from bathroom (at least the smell disappears after 2-3 minutes) - Difficult access for first-comer. Tip. When need a taxi, don't hang out in streets. Just ask a staff. they will find a taxi for you no-matter-what. I've stayed Santika, Grand zuri and Pranaya. It seemed Pranaya was better choice in overall and it's the cheapest. Only weak thing in Pranaya is breakfast.
