Overall services are good. Free laundry (4 pcs per day) was a nice touch for my room category Executive Suite. Breakfast buffet has nice spread. The Executive Suite is spacious and beautiful. Highly recommend to book ithis room.

Beautiful, amazing staff, but windows noisy
Amazing stay, only issue it’s that the windows are totally allowing the noise of the streets to be heard. It’s difficult to sleep. Not sound proofed at all which is a shame. But the rest the hotel it’s beautiful, staff amazing and so kind and helpful. Spacious and clean.

The front office staff were all very friendly especially the lady who checked us in unfortunately I can’t remember the name. Breakfast menu was great but the staffs were not attentive enough, the service used to be excellent before covid but not anymore.

The hotel is grand and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and it's very clean! I love the bed! It's comfortable it just makes me want to hide under the blanket for a whole day! The Bathtub is big too! The gym, spa and swimming pool is great too! I really enjoyed my time at the hotel and gotten a good rest. And there is so many choice of food for breakfast and it's delicious ! I would definitely come back again in the future.

Five stars for the AMAZING (included) breakfast that went above and beyond and ranks up there with the best breakfasts I've experienced anywhere in the world, BUT honestly I can't give more than one or two stars only for the hotel itself. Our room and stay were relatively comfortable, but the five star experience promised by JHL Solitaire Gading Serpong was absent. The room had visible dirt and stains in the corners, particularly in the bathroom, and room-shakingly loud conference music and announcements that began directly above us at 7.30am interrupting restful sleep and making it nearly intolerable to stay in the room for any amount of time. The television displayed black on all channels until I dug behind it to disconnect and reconnect everything. And then after checkout there was a uniformed employee urinating on the side of the hotel in full view of the front entry. Won't be staying here again.

5성급 좋은 시설이지만 역대 호텔 중에 최악의 방음 수준
해외영업을 10년 가까이 하며 해외 호텔에 수십번 투숙해보았는데 방음 수준이 여기가 최악인거 같습니다. 도로쪽에 가까운 방이었던건지, 앞에 큰 도로가 있어서 그런지 모르겠지만 방음이 너무 안 되는 편이어서 새벽까지 오토바이 소리가 너무 잘 들립니다. 처음에 입실했을때, 테이블 위에 귀마개가 있는 것을 봤는데 하루 자보니 왜 구비되어있는지 알 수 있었습니다. 그리고 느린 와이파이.. 셋째날부터 거래처 직원이 들고 다니는 와이파이 기계를 다행히 빌릴 수 있었는데 그것도 느리긴 했지만 호텔 공용 와이파이 보다는 빨랐습니다. IT팀에서 와이 상태를 보고 이상없다 했지만 너무 느립니다. 4박 후, 지금 수라바야 다른 호텔에 와있는데 방음, 와이파이 상태를 비교해보면 확실히 차이가 납니다. 그 외 헬스장이 꽤 컸고 넓은 조식 식당, 아이들 수영장도 있고 로비도 길고 앉을 곳도 많고 스파도 시설이 좋은 것 같고 호텔 외관도 특이해서 밤에 보면 이쁘고 다른 부분은 다 좋은데 방음, 와이파이 상태 때문에 다시 오기는 힘들 것 같습니다.
