"We had such a wonderful stay at Aurika Udaipur. The hospitality was amazing and the staffs were kind and helpful. The facilities were great, modern and clean. It is a bit of way from the city centre but we were there for a relaxing staycation and achieved just that. Only thing to say is there was a bit of sewerage smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. "

"Amazing property and traditional cultural experience. When we had an issue at dinner, stithy( manager) took care of things immediately. Chef Karan was amazing. They made up for what we did not like and ensured our stay was comfortable. They even had the room decorated and welcomed my husband with a cake and other goodies in recognition of his birthday. The 2nd room also had amazing bakery items and overall welcome expertise was just amazing. Overall an amazing place. "

"This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful lakeside location. It has everything you would wish for in a 5 star hotel. The restaurant menu has to be seen to be believed and the quality of the food is excellent. It's pricey but if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, this would be a very good choice."

"This hotel is not close to a resort at all. This is more like an Inn or a Motel. The hotel is extremely old. They need to upgrade. Breakfast was the same everyday. "

"This was a once in a lifetime experience. The level and quality of service from the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off was unparalleled and exquisite. The property itself is wonderful and unique. It takes a boat ride to get there and we as guests have an option of taking a wooden boat (Environmentally conscious) vs a speed boat. We have the Raffles staff receiving us on land, escorting us to a reception area while our bags are tagged and loaded into a boat to be taken to the island property. We were provided refreshments and made really comfortable. We had staff escort us to the boat and accompanied us to the property. We were welcomed like royalty! They were handy with our camera/phone and so ready to take as many photographs as we needed to make our memories last forever. We took a short buggy ride from where we landed on the island to the actual resort. The lawns and the gardens were spectacular, well manicured and so impressive. We were welcomed in the resort by additional staff with a welcome drink and escorted to our room, where our check in took place. All in all what an experience. The room, the furniture, the beds, the decor, the attention to detail was mindblowing! My husband I stayed for 4 nights. The staff went above and beyond to make out stay memorable. Exceptional service!"
