"The property seems very old and need some serious maintenance. The room that we got was having very dim lights, Tv was not working, exhaust fan was not working, no mirror outside the bathroom. Only good thing about the place was that it has good connectivity and was very clean. They followed all covid protocols. Everyone there was fully vaccinated. Food was below average as compared to other places around the area. Hence I would give it 3 star."

"Terrible experience at Hotel. Looks like total mismanagement. I stayed there for two days and haven't seen the service staff changes there dresses. constantly asking for extra bed with totally no response. Expedia peoples are advised to see the professional qualification of hotel staff before approaching them for rooms. Totally money oriented people with lack of management skills. "

"Hotel Gaji is a Haveli in a quiet area but within walking distance of everything here in Jaisalmer. The owner is so helpful. The rooms are very good size. The rooftop restaurant has beautiful views over the city. The food is good and prepared to order.Thank you for my stay. "

"The staff here are amazing. Nice enough to send someone to the train station at 4 am to pick me up and give me a room to nap for a bit even before my official check in time. Restaurant is nice too with incredible views of the fort. "
