"We are very pleased with the staff at the hotel. The staff at the hotel are very polite and professional. There are a few things we dislike about the hotel, such as its location or the manner in which the rooms are kept. As far as Marriott high quality standards are concerned, this hotel is not meeting them. Although the restaurant at hotel is quite affordable, there is a good variety of food on offer, and there is a buffet on offer, as well as a friendly and helpful staff."

"I loved my stay at Umaid Mahal! Would recommend it! Apart from the noise (coming from the property next door primarily dogs barking in the middle of the night), it was excellent. Staff was helpful and kept the place clean especially in areas of high traffic. "

"We had a fabulous couple of days at the Palace. Akashdeep was absolutely amazing as were the rest of the staff. Very attentive, helpful and a very personalised experience. We will definitely be coming back to see and hear the beautiful peacocks in the morning over breakfast. "We had a great stay! The rooms were spacious, well kept and the whole property was maintained very well. The staff was very friendly and took care of us. The concierge and front desk were helpful to arrange a tour guide and activities as needed. We enjoyed the morning walk around the Jaipur old city, our day touring Amer Fort and the City Palace, as well as a mini-safari at the Jhalana Leopard Reserve with guides from the hotel. Would comfortably recommend a stay at the Samode Haveli. "

"Room were very clean. Sofa in the living room is showing age and needs deep cleaning. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Overall, it is a well maintained property. Staff was very courteous and worked very hard to look after all our needs."

"No instruction for the direction. It’s not a villa, the property is in a dirty market with small sign outside the building. Small dirty lift with broken buttons. Not a proper bathroom with no shower base, water went everywhere. No privacy, reception desk is part of the apartment, so you never be alone.
