"We stayed with our family of six for 5 days here in summer of June'24. Our experience was great. The location of the property is amazing and opens up right to the beach. Our second floor unit was well equipped with all necessities including essentilas for the beach like chairs, frisbee, ball etc. As the pictures siggest, the unit is well lit with plenty ofnnatural light pouring in ans huge windows letting the ocean air in. We spent our mornings watching the sunrise from the terrace. Truly...

"This property was priced very well for location...it was quiet, isolated from the hustle, and easily close to the poblado and Boqueron balneario. We appreciated that it had a pool in the back of the property for some privacy and spacious parking as well. This is a must place for you to stay...we got kind of lucky as we were the only ones staying as I believe there are between 3-4 suites for short stays. "We arrived to find a fantastic residence. Lots of room to stretch out and relax on the back deck with great views. Short walk to beach , but do realize this location is on a hill so the walk is steep. We were here to surf and surf we did , Sandy Beach is just down the street and Domes and Marie's beach is a 10 min drive away. Coming hm to a nice outside shower was great with the kids. "The house was in a great location near Sandy Beach and not too far from Rincon. The house had plenty of room and the outdoor space was really nice. The pool was small buy just right for our 3 year old grandaughter. She loved it!"

The sunsets were stunning with a balcony area large enough to comfortably handle our family of 7 and 2 adult guests. The hot tub on the balcony was splendid - sitting and hearing the waves while seeing the stars was an experience I will not forget.
