"We loved our stay at Casa Canal. the house was well appointed, pool was amazing, beach was exceptional and close to downtown Rincon. Stu, the property manager, was attentive and great to communicate with although we had nothing that needed his assistance! Going back next year. Was our best Puerto Rico trip so far!"

"Stayed with my family, two small children incuded. We had an amazing time. The view from the windows and balcony are absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and falling asleeo to the ocean waves was so lovely. We really enjoyed being right on the beach. The location is perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops. The house has a generator and air which was helpful. Erica and Ryan who manage the property where so easy to contact and so kind and helpful. Would recommend staying here to anyone."

"We were looking for comfortable accommodations with great accessibility to beaches and activities, and this cottage checked all the boxes. It was a two minute walk to the beach and an even shorter one to a hopping little area of restaurants, bars, and a few shops. The pool was sweet, too! "We weathered a tropical storm and the location was great. Very nice neighborhood which was safe. The bedrooms are large and clean. All tile floors. Large pool. The photos are true to reality. It is part of a smaller duplex next door but no one was there. Just outside of Rincon so you don’t have to try to sleep through bar music but close enough that you could make bar sounds if you felt so inclined. Downtown Rincon is small but has some good restaurants and art. It has good access to the...

"Very nice house, clean and open comunication with owner. Some suggestions are: the pool can be upgraded for stable stairs and safety gate, add towels racks in bathrooms and one more AC console for the living room will be great!"

"The property is located on a high mountain, breathtaking view. A bit complicated/confusing to get to but a quick face time call and the property manager helped.Very clean, and very well equipped. Wish we had stayed longer. The property is 10 minutes from Playa Buye… a must’"

"We had another wonderful stay in VillaNicky this year. Marco is a wonderful host. He’s always available if something needs to be address. He texts us with fun things going on in town. He even called to let me know there was a tsunami warning and told me how to evacuate if necessary. We’ll be back next year!"
