"The condo is located a very safe neighborhood with gated entry. It is within walking distance to beaches and restaurants. It is nicely stocked with items and full refrigerator. Beds were comfy and the bathrooms were very spacious. Full size washer and dryer were also helpful. Air conditioning worked well and it was nice to have warm water to shower, which was an issue at our last VRBO stay. There were beach toys provided and boards which we did not use.
