O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Bom café da manhã. Precisam ficar mais atentos à disponibilidade de louças e talheres no horário do café da manhã. Porta de acesso ao corredor dos quartos do térreo rangendo um pouco. Normalmente não incomoda mas, às 6:00 h da manhã, quando alguns hóspedes ainda estão dormindo, chega a incomodar.

Foi apenas 1 pernoite. Atendimento por telefone e no local, dos recepcionistas, perfeito em tudo. Atendimento no café da manhã foi tosco, tinha 1 funcionária mal humorados, de cara feia e antipática ao extremo (pode ser por causa do cachorro, mas pagamos por isso e o estabelecimento deixou claro que é pet friendly). Roupa de cama do quarto apresentou um pouco de sujeira, tinha alguns grãos de arroz que notamos logo que chegamos

Gostamos do hotel. Porém tivemos problemas com a reserva. Quando chegamos foi-nos dito q não havia reserva ali em nosso nome. Mesmo mostrando o comprovante de reserva e de pagamento o gerente não se comprometeu em resolver o problema. Por sorte havia um quarto disponível o qual foi ocupado por nós numa noite de tempestade. Tive q pagar o quarto 2 vezes. Estressante!
