Tihomar contacted us the day prior to arrival to organise our check in and was very flexible about the time as we were uncertain of the exact time we would get there. We were able to contact him when we were approaching Zagreb to update him and agree an exact time. "I traveled solo and found the apartment met my needs. It was a bit noisy overnight (apartment overlooks a street with restaurants and mainly pedestrian traffic) so bring ear plugs if you prefer quieter surroundings. I was able to walk everywhere. It was easy to access from the public transportation. Owner sent excellent directions via WhatsApp. Check out is 10 am and they shared the name of a luggage storage facility which was close by. "Parking was hard to find "

"Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....

"Cute little apartment. When we checked in, David showed us around, explaining how to use the TV, etc., and where important items were located. The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. We had requested a baby bed, and it was there and set up for us when we arrived. The hosts were polite and very helpful. "Positive: Lovely clean space, not crammed and has all the modern conveniences. A Spar (groceries) across the road and the area is generally quiet. The flat was decorated lovely and was the perfect size. Location was also ideal for what I needed it for. Enjoyed my stay and the host was kind enough to extend my check-out time by an hour which I appreciated. Negative: Woken up early on a Saturday morning to a child crying in the adjacent apartment. "The owner is the best owner we ever met in our own trip! He is so nice and friendly! He is super responsive to our text and provides suggestions to the attractions and restaurants around Zagreb. He helps us a lot even on our Laundry. When We come back to Zagreb and we will stay here again. Highly recommend everyone to stay here!
