"This property was just as advertised. Clean rooms with plenty of space for our family of five, three teens and two adults. We appreciated the availability of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and TP in the bathrooms. Dish washer detergent, a few garbage bags, reusable coffee filter, staple spices/salt/pepper/oil and laundry detergent/dryer sheets/stain remover in the kitchen/laundry room. I list these things because it saved us the trouble of having to pack all those items ourselves, as many places do not provide those thoughtful details. We discovered board & card games in the living room on an evening when it snowed/rained and made for a nice evening gathered as a family. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the beach-sized towels to use during the cold weather instead of using the bath towels. The wifi and TV worked flawlessly. Any questions and small issues that came up were quickly answered and remedied by the property manager. My favorite part of staying at this location was the views from the dining room table and the rooms - views of mountains and sky! We loved the complex concept of several houses sharing a pickleball court, swimming pool, playground, and fire pit area. This would be an awesome place to return to when the pool is open. We picked this location as a base camp to visit Zion NP, Bryce Canyon NP, and Grand Canyon NP. We also made a stop at the Coral Sands. Awesome area to explore and this property is in the middle of so much. "

"The host was very accommodating. A little issue with the furnace but quickly took care of us by giving us another place to stay . Which was very comfortable and a lovely house. Highly recommend them as Host ! "

"Home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and was located ideally for what we were planning. The hot tub was lovely after hiking, but be careful with jewelry in the hot tub, the chemicals are pretty harsh on sterling silver. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare all our meals. The owners were easy to reach and accommodating, we were able to get in early and drop our luggage so we could hike without everything in our car. "

"Cute cabin, well appointed and great for a relaxing get away from the city. It's definitely glamping- pump your own water, no internet, TV, etc. but an adorable cabin with everything we needed to be comfy and unplug for a while. Close enough to Kanab for supplies, Bryce, North Rim of Grand Canyon and hiking trails to do fun day trips, and still come back to quiet and no distractions.It helped that we brought a cabover camper when we did want to microwave popcorn or to charge some of our AC devices (drone, laptops). The cabin does have solar that powers the lights and fridge and that you can use to charge your phone, etc. but no AC outlets."

"This place was great. It was close to Zion, Bryce, and the Grand Canyon, on top of the many local sites and hikes we discovered while we were there. The very detailed and organized binder that was inside for everything local was extremely helpful. It was a very cozy place for 10 adults and 3 dogs. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a really nice experience and highly recommend this place. We were 6 adults and 1 dog. The house was charming with a nicely equipped kitchen, and a good sized dining room and living room. The man cave downstairs was a nice touch as was the spacious outside space with fenced in yards. Two of the bedrooms are nice and big. The other two rooms have a single with a trundle. The trundle bed frames are a bit squeaky so putting the mattress on the ground was better. Watch out for speed traps. That main street in Fredonia has a ton of cops."
