"Property was exactly as pictured, really nice for the price. Property manager responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again. Only thing that we didn’t know going in is it is a gated property with permanent residents and they are very strict about rules. You have to wear a wristband the whole stay and be let in and out the gate. It wasn’t a huge deal but didn’t prefer that aspect, although it could definitely be a positive for safety."

It's obviously a new building and it's very safe with staff paying attention to the comings and goings on the property. The 8th floor condo balcony gave us a very good view and was quits comfortable. "Website is misleading, there aren’t bars or restaurants onsite. Had to walk to Crocs or uber for food and drinks. Location and views were amazing. Unit 703 wasn’t cleaned, mirror and bathrooms were filthy.
