"The property was very clean and modern both inside and outside, but the particular unit we rented was on the third floor. We did not enjoy climbing three flights of stairs 3 to 4 times per day. and the bedroom and living room windows faced a very busy and noisy street."

Jacksonville downtown homelessness is pretty rough. Right across from this hotel was the riots
