Surf Luxe is a stylish coastal home, perfect for a weekend getaway or a relaxing vacation. Conveniently located near all the hot spots in Jax Beach, including boutiques and local favorite restaurants, it is just a short walk to the beach!

Experience this elegant beach retreat featuring 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with each room showcasing a unique and bold design style. The kitchen and living areas are open and spacious, providing plenty of room for dining and socializing with your group after a day at the beach.

The property includes a luxurious backyard featuring a heated saltwater pool, outdoor dining areas, a gas BBQ grill, a TV, games, and even a putting green.

You are just 0.4 miles from the beach, which is a quick 5-minute walk, and conveniently located 15 minutes from the Mayo Clinic.

POOL HEATERS: The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature exceeds the 45–50°F range. When temperatures drop below 45°F, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Although we rarely experience lows below 45°F, it can happen during the winter months. This place was amazing! The pool and outdoor living space was the groups favorite, but my favorite part was how comfortable the beds were!! Would recommend to anyone going to Jacksonville! Super close to the beach and plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas!

Very nice property. House has everything that you need. Great kitchen. Pool and back porch are a perfect place to spend the days. Quick, easy walk to the beach if you want a change of scenery. Note that all of the beds have plush, luxury mattresses. If you don't like or can't sleep on a soft bed, then you may not like these. This is the 2nd Jacksonville property managed by Mike that we have rented, and I have no hesitation recommending either of them.

Great stay at this property. The outdoor area was very large, the heated pool the perfect temperature, and the kitchen size great for a group. Great, modern updated house with pool close to beach
This is a great house with spacious interior and open concept with a private backyard and pool. House was clean and pleasant to stay in. Very close to the beach in Jax and centrally located to everything you'll need. The street is quiet and safe. You'll spend all your time in the kicthen which is wonderful or outside on the pool deck. The beach chairs are a nice touch. The beds are extra extra soft memory foam, so it you prefer something firmer - you may be uncomfortable. The living room furniture is not very comfy either and there is no place to lay down to watch TV. Would suggest that the owners purchase a bigger sectional sofa and recliner so that there is a comfortable place to sit/lay down in the living room. We would rent this house again as it worked well for our family!
