Sunshine Manor is the perfect luxury oceanfront retreat. Remodeled and stylishly decorated 1st floor beach condo is located in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach, just minutes from the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club, boutique shopping and dining. 

This fully furnished, well appointed oceanfront condo has 3-bedrooms, 3-bathrooms, a large family room and separate wall to wall glassed sunroom where you can find your morning inspiration or to reflect upon the day's events as you unwind each evening. The kitchen has all new appliances and amenities to prepare a light snack or a large family meal, separate dining room, in-unit laundry and garage parking with two (2) assigned spaces. 

Immerse yourself in the salt life in Ponte Vedra with direct beach access - enjoy daily walks on the beach hunting for shells, starfish and sharks teeth. Listen to the sound of the waves, feel the warmth of the sun and ocean breezes on your skin as you marvel at the morning's is Ponte Vedra Living at its finest!
