Nestled within the grounds of the Omni Amelia Island Resort, our villa offers an unparalleled vacation experience. Our fully renovated property is meticulously decorated to provide the comforts of home while exuding a luxurious resort ambiance. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to ensure your comfort during your stay, while also evoking a sense of indulgence and opulence.

We completed our renovations in late 2022 and are thrilled to unveil our newly refurbished condo to you. Our primary focus during this renovation was to infuse the colors of the surrounding environment into our space, creating a tranquil and serene atmosphere as you step through the door. We opted for soft sand tones on the cabinets and various shades of blue on the island and furniture, mirroring the serene hues of the ocean. With our very private corner unit boasting breathtaking ocean views, we made sure to accentuate this feature in our design. The layout of the kitchen was meticulously planned to maximize the beautiful views, allowing you to enjoy them while cooking or sipping your morning coffee.

Our 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo is nestled within the stunning setting of the Omni Amelia Island Resort. Surrounded by a lush forest of live oaks, the resort offers an abundance of walking and bike paths to explore. You'll find a variety of shopping and dining options within walking distance, including a charming miniature golf course nestled among the majestic live oaks. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the diverse wildlife, from birds to turtles, crabs, and the occasional manatee sighting.

Situated on the third floor, our spacious condo offers ample living space in the common areas and oversized bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms can be considered "master suites," featuring king-sized beds, walk-in closets, and freshly updated bathrooms. The third bedroom boasts two full-sized beds and its own beautifully updated bathroom. With its prime location in the south corner of the Villas, our condo offers stunning ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and master bedroom. Additionally, the condo overlooks the villa’s pool and relaxation area, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. We provide TVs in each bedroom and the living room, along with comfortable towels and high-quality sheets for your comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking needs, and we offer a pack-n-play and infant booster seat upon request.

For added convenience, we strive to provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials for your enjoyment. Please note that while our complex features an elevator, there are still stairs/steps to access our condo door from the elevator, making it unsuitable for those with mobility concerns. As your host, I am readily available to address any needs during your stay, ensuring a memorable experience. This premier condo promises an unforgettable vacation experience, perfect for family gatherings or special occasions. Ranked among the top 3 islands in the Continental US by Travel and Leisure 2021, Amelia Island offers endless opportunities for exploration and relaxation. We highly recommend purchasing travelers insurance for added peace of mind.

Guests can enjoy access to the Omni resort's amenities, including walking and biking trails, spa, nature center, and putt-putt. Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of various courses in the Amelia Area, including Oak Marsh. Our property is NOT a rental through Omni Amelia Island Resort. Please note that this rental does not grant access to certain resort privileges or amenities like the main hotel pool fitness center, and Racquet Park is exclusively open to club members and their guests only.

Our layout ensures adherence to all social distancing guidelines, with open-air entrances and stairwells providing access to all floors. Cleanliness remains our top priority, with stringent adherence to CDC guidelines and Nassau County's cleaning protocol.

You will be able to use the entire condo. This is not a shared space.

Must be 25 to rent. Person that has booked the stay in their name must be one of the people staying in the unit. No parties are allowed. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets allowed.
