Nestled in Jacksonville's newest and most exclusive complex with a pool, gym, clubhouse, and meeting rooms, you'll have everything you need for relaxation and convenience. Close to Mayo Clinic, UNF, beaches, shops, and restaurants, it's the perfect retreat for any occasion. Book your getaway now!

The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $150.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay.

Note: the pet fee ($150) is PER PET up to Maximum of 1 allowed pet(s)!

Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Beautiful Property
This is a very comfortable, new and conveniently located property to Mayo Clinic. The apartment was spotless, practically brand new and fully equipped. Just bring your bags, and everything is here for you. The owner was extremely communicative and responsive. Truly a five-star experience.
