You lied to me Expedia said room had WiFi and a working TV not only did it not have either one, but it didn’t even have a working deadbolt on the door….pathetic excuse for a hotel…and told the General Manger about dead bolt she laughed and said “good looking getting someone to fix it”.NEVER WILL I USE EXPEDIA AGAIN!!! This hotel should be banned from your platform…

It was absolutely terrible. The toilet was broken, the shower was so bad I decided to wait until I go home to bathe. The room reek of mold. I checked out ahead of time it was so discussing, there was no tv in the room. This place should be condemned

The owners greed is reflected everywhere
The front desk lady was helpful and friendly but clearly overworked. We waited four and a half hours to check in because she was also cleaning rooms. The hotel is severely understaffed, likely to save money. When we finally got to our room, it was disappointing—no towels, damp floors, and a musty smell mixed with weed. The lady (Bessie) did her best, but management needs to address these issues and stop trying to cut corners by being understaffed and putting such a workload on one person
